Lamb madras curry in a jiffy.

As long as it takes you to cook the lamb pieces to how you like it add 15 minutes for sauce simmering bang lamb madras with Bombay potato mix if you wish nearly as fast as waiting for a takeaway but super fresh and tasty.

I’ve tried various ways of having Bombay potatoes with my curry even doing them myself but all failed even the takeaway ones are normally rock hard but now I have some control I can cook the potatoes how I want them use this brilliant spice mix and wallah Bombay potato how I like them. Soft super tasty accompaniment.

The Bombay potato mix is amazing, the stuff you buy in supermarkets just does not come close. Very quick to do, really tasty.. I add a couple of prawns to mine, maybe some cubed chicken, outstanding taste..
