Verdict - wow! Lovely! Hotter than your Madras, but not too hot-i think you've got the heat spot on!
Flavour; very good indeed! This may have taken over from my current favourite, the Madras! I just love your curry sauces- so easy and the flavours are as good, if not better than some meals I have had I restaurants.
