I tried the Bhuna, Jalfrezi and have yet to try the Madras. Both excellent, authentic, miles ahead of the jar products in supermarkets, and so simple to make. Superb with chicken and lamb and just add anything you fancy or make a side dish with a bit of sauce; cauliflower, pulses, mushrooms, potatoes and so on. Great value.

These are fabulous sauces to chuck ingredients to for a midweek meal or even add some accompaniments for a Saturday night curry feast!
Only drawback is that they could do with being a bit bigger for two people but I use two sauces and then have a portion left for the freezer or, more often than not, next day!
My wife actually said "this tastes like a restaurant meal!"
