This was the very first recipe we tried, and we were absolutely not disappointed. The result is far better than any takeaway — and honestly, it beats meals from quite a few restaurants too. It didn’t take long to prepare or cook, and the whole process was surprisingly satisfying and enjoyable. I’m usually quite sceptical about the quality of chicken found in supermarket ready‑meals, but when you make it yourself, you know exactly what ingredients have gone in and can trust the quality completely. The portion size worked out perfectly as well — plenty enough for two people.

We love the Korma and Masala but thought we'd give the Dhansak a try. OMG it is delicious, a little hotter than we usually go for but so very tasty.
