All three sauces are fantastic, something for all the family.
I've been buying these sauces now for months. They are excellent. I haven't bought a take- away since. I find the Bhuna just to my taste as I don't like my curries too hot. I also add 2 tablespoons of natural yoghurt for a little creaminess, try it.
This is the Bhuna sauce I have used. It’s spicy and has depth of flavour I made it for my sister and she loved it as well. Jyst about to order more. Highly recommend.
Love these sauces and so easy to use. Taste as good if not better than a takeaway. Found madras a bit hot but easily cooled down by adding some plain yoghurt. Will buy again.
I was a bit worried it wouldn't be possible to create a curry this good it's just like my curry house i use ,not anymore with this base gravy 10/10 and 👍

The source to thin for my the spices very good. The second jalfrezi I had I chopped some onions to thicken the sauce
Small but incredibly powerful pods. Expanded during cooking and delivered a wonderful taste to the final dish.
I usually have the vindaloo and have written several positive reviews on that, but decided to try the Jalfrezi this time . Once again, a great restaurant quality sauce. I added in some yellow and green peppers, and some onions and it was a great curry. Very satisfied with this product.
Simple to follow instructions with minimum ingredients to buy, quick and easy preparation and cooking,tastes great too. Will buy again.
Excellent book and contains more recipes than the downloadable version which I have been using the last two years, my go to book for BIR recipes and now I have some extra recipes to try within the hardback version
As with all the other spice kits the Vindaloo kit has the same ease of use in creating a superb curry. Just choose your meat and away you go and as long as you follow the instructions you cannot fail to produce a quality dish.
