Been looking for a way of producing a non grainy home cooked chicken korma that would finally be acceptable from my harshest critic (teenage daughter) and this hit the spot , also made the onion bahjees which where so much better than takeaway. Now got confidence in the brand and definitely stocking up on other recipes

I have had a passion over the last 10 years to recreate authentic BIR currys. I found out the basics about base gravy and mix powder from a BIR who allowed me into their kitchens. I would make a big batch of base gravies and freeze them (this wouid take me 3-4 hours) I have now discovered East at Home's, and they are authentic and amazing! The book is spot on, and explains everything easily, things that took me 10 years to learn. It now makes it so easy to cook a curry which tastes spot on. I have no reservation to recommend East at Homes products.
