Some great ideas in this book all producing top class food made as easy as possible.
I made the red onion chutney it said it lasts a few days in the fridge it didn’t it was all eaten straight away

Excellent advice, know-how and know-why on BIR preparation and cooking methods with amazingly straightforward recipes. I gave my first copy to my American sister-in-law when she came over on holiday 2 weeks ago as she loves British curries but, like so many of us, her recipes are all tradition based.
