Tried this sauce last week. Easy to prepare and had a good amount of heat and spicing - better than supermarket jars of Madras curry sauce.

Goes great with Madras spice kit for a BIG curry!

I used a pouch of the Madras Curry Sauce along with a Madras spice kit to make a double portion beef curry. I cooked the Madras spice kit as per the instructions then added the Madras Curry Sauce, then cooked in the oven on a low medium heat for one and a half hours to bring the flavours together. The result was a delicious curry with plenty left over to freeze for next time.

After ordering I tried todsy for the family, madras, vindaloo, and a korma, what can i say apart from brilliant.
Im a curry fanatic and worked in a restaurant with the owner i know, these products are absolutely as near as your ever going to get.👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻the vindaloo was banging, i added just a splash of lemon juice, the korma i added two teaspoons of maggies coconut powder just for our preference.
I never thought i would find sauces just like a restaurant.
But we did, perfect, madras was perfect.
I am one happy person, and will definitely be buying more of these products.
Thanks East At Home, please keep these products going forever and dont change the ingredients. Very very clever👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
