Unopened Pouch

Store in a cool, dark, and dry cupboard away from sunlight. The pouch will last until the best before date, usually 1 to 3 months.

Unopened pouches can also be frozen for up to 6 months.

Do not use if the pouch is bloated or leaking.

After Opening

Refrigerate and consume within 3 days.

Unused sauce can also be frozen for up to 3 months.

I can genuinely say that the Pathia is every bit as genuine as a real takeaway. They all are to be fair, but this one is East at Homes jewel.

Pathia is my go to but I found this sauce disappointing.Not tangy enough for me and tasted quite powdery if that makes sense.Had to zing it up with some tamarind and sugar
