Store in a cool, dark, and dry cupboard away from sunlight. The pouch will last until the best before date, usually 1 to 3 months.

Unopened pouches can also be frozen for up to 6 months.

Do not use if the pouch is bloated or leaking.

Refrigerate and consume within 3 days.

Unused sauce can also be frozen for up to 3 months.

I really didn't expect much from these sauces. But my, they proved me wrong.we have used a couple, and having one on Christmas eve. Fantastic for the price.And they really are authentic and if you enjoy a hot curry taste the cinnamon. The madras was quite hot too but so very tasty. Taste of the East

I love the hot curry sauce bundle, all my favourite tastes and degrees of hotness.
Whilst I love to make a curry from scratch using all the East at home ingredients, sometimes convenience is the order of the day to whip up a super quick tasty curry. East at home is a winner all round. 👍

While the Madras and Jalfrezi was tasty the vindaloo was nothing but heat with no other distinguishable flavour

I had the Jalfrezi with King Prawns. It’s the best “bought sauce” I’ve ever had. Close to. a takeaway flavour, but given the choice I’d prefer a proper takeaway. Having said. That…..it’s easy to use and tastes very good. I would buy again

Too fresh for a takeaway

I tried the Jalfrezi with King Prawns. It was the best home made sauce I have used. Streets ahead of any supermarket bottled sauce. It's the closet to a takeaway flavour I have achieved. But it's not quite there. I think the ingredients are too fresh, I definitely would prefer a proper takeaway, but I would buy these again. They are good , cheap and easy to make
