Amazing Pathia sauce

Absolutely enjoy this sauce. So tasty and the fact you can have a world class curry within 10 minutes is amazing. I have the pre cooked chicken already to go some fresh coriander to Garnish and bang. Mega curry.

Although ive been cooking curry’s for years and tried various books and different versions, but this book is a no messing about, straight to the point, easy read, well explained book, the recipes are easy to follow, everything is explained perfectly, probably the best curry recipe book i own and i highly recommend it to everyone that loves a good curry but are not to sure how to go about it.
There’s even videos you can follow, absolutely brilliant book, i love it.

Definitely worth every penny, dont think about buying this book, just do it you wont regret it, well done East at home, bang on👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I tried the Bhuna, Jalfrezi and have yet to try the Madras. Both excellent, authentic, miles ahead of the jar products in supermarkets, and so simple to make. Superb with chicken and lamb and just add anything you fancy or make a side dish with a bit of sauce; cauliflower, pulses, mushrooms, potatoes and so on. Great value.
