Store in a cool, dark, and dry cupboard away from sunlight. The pouch will last until the best before date, usually 1 to 3 months.

Unopened pouches can also be frozen for up to 6 months.

Do not use if the pouch is bloated or leaking.

After Opening

Refrigerate and consume within 3 days.

Unused sauce can also be frozen for up to 3 months.

Had my first ever Pathia curry at my local curry house and it was superb, So I Thought I would try it from East at home, I really wasn't expecting it to be on par with my local curry house, But I was pleasantly surprised, I can't say it was better but damn close, You will not get a better one than this without going to a really good curry house.
