Our naan bread mix, makes making naan at home a breeze. Just add egg, milk and oil, mix and leave to rest before cooking.
Cook on a hob and grill, tandoor or pizza oven.
Simply add:
500g pack, makes 6 naan breads.

I didn’t use the full pack in the first instance as there is only the two of us. So I broke down the measurements. Works and tastes great and easy to make fluffy naans.

I dont really want to eat a whole stack of Naan

I usually make my Naan with yeast but thought I would give this a try just for quickness.
I found this easy to mix and considering it was an unleavened Naan the results were good.
Obviously this does not puff up as much as a yeast mix on cooking but it turned out very good and tasted great.
I would recommend this if you are short on time but still want to make a great Naan give this a try.

I've always wanted to make my own naans but was worried it would be too complicated, these are amazing and so easy! It made 6 but we only have two with our curry on a Saturday night so I froze the rest once they had been made, 3 weeks worth of naans! Great value and amazing breads!
