Make perfectly crispy, restaurant style onion bhajis in less than 20 minutes with our Onion Bhaji mix. Just add onions, mix and fry.

The mix comes with a sachet of our special blend of onion bhaji spices that we use in our kitchen, along with gram flour and step by step instructions to help you create perfect onion bhajis every time.

Simply add

  • 400g Peeled Onion (approx 3 large onions)
  • Optional handful of chopped coriander
  • Oil for deep frying

Suitable for vegans.

Avoid Moisture: Keep away from stoves and sinks to prevent humidity.

Use Clean Spoons: Avoid cross-contamination with wet or used spoons.

I’ve made these East at home onion bhaji mix several times, served with a home made mint riatha and red onion they are as good if not better that takeaway ones.

Cooked up pretty well and looked like the real thing. Only bad thing is I thought they tasted too much like supermarket ones. Maybe something needs to be looked at in the recipe?
